Operation Christmas Child

Rick and Traci Smith

Our church is honored to partner with Operation Christmas Child as a way to share the love of Christ with children around the world. Throughout the year, we collect items to fill shoeboxes that bring joy, hope, and the message of the Gospel to children in need. Each shoebox is a tangible expression of God’s love—reminding a child that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Last year, by God’s grace and the generosity of our church family, we reached our goal of packing 540 shoeboxes. These boxes will be sent to children across the globe, many of whom may be receiving a gift for the very first time. Each shoebox is prayerfully packed and serves as an opportunity for children to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ. As we celebrate this milestone, we are already preparing for this year. We have begun collecting items again starting in January as we plan and pray toward our next goal of 780 boxes. Donating items year-round allows us to be intentional, organized, and faithful in serving this ministry with excellence.

We are also currently raising funds to help cover the shipping costs for each shoebox, ensuring they safely reach children around the world. If you feel led to support this mission financially, you can give here. Every gift—whether through donated items, financial support, or prayer—makes an eternal impact.

Thank you for partnering with us as we share Christ’s love, one shoebox at a time.
